Giovanni Masino takes over as Managing Director

SCM Group is parting ways with Uwe Kosok, who has been responsible for the Italian company’s fortunes in Germany since March 2017. According to a press release, Pietro Gheller, Director of Products and Markets for the Wood Division of the SCM Group, already informed partners and customers yesterday that Uwe Kosok will leave as Managing Director of SCM Germany on 31 July. Kosok’s responsibilities will in future be additionally taken over by Giovanni Masino, SCM Regional Manager for Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

This move is intended to underline the future importance of the DACH organisation by simplifying structures and strengthening customer orientation. SCM thanks Uwe Kosok for his professional contribution over the past years and wishes him all the best for the future.
