Surface in Motion India

Technology & Design Conference

For several years now, the Surface in Motion Technology & Design Conference in Germany has been the largest independent conference on the surface of decorative wood-based materials.
In 2024, the first international Surface in Motion took place as one of the highlights at IndiaWood in Bangalore – in a cooperation between NürnbergMesse India and Vincentz Network with its two leading trade journals möbelfertigung and arcade.
The organisers of IndiaWood and Surface in Motion are thus bringing a top-class conference to New Delhi on 5 March 2025 at the India Expo Centre & Mart, Greater Noida, Delhi-NCR. For one day, Surface in Motion India will be all about surface technology and surface design for furniture. The conference day is one day before the start of IndiaWood and thus the “pre-programme” to Asia’s leading trade fair for wood processing. In this context, renowned experts from Europe and India will present topics such as decor design, the latest surface technologies, production processes and trends.
Surface in Motion is aimed at decision-makers from all areas of the value chain for decorative wood-based materials, from chipboard to decor printing and coating through to the final visual and tactile surface finish.
This is where industry experts from the decorative surfaces sector meet to discuss the latest developments and trends. So it’s well worth being there.
