Ulrike Just takes over brand responsibility for EMEA region

Linde Material Handling (MH) is realigning responsibility for its brand management and Sales & Service business, appointing Ulrike Just as Executive Vice President Sales & Service Linde MH EMEA on October 4, 2023. The 43-year-old brings many years of expertise in strategic business development and operational sales and service management. Most recently, she was responsible for the Sales & Service business of KionIndustrial Trucks & Services (ITS) in the UK and Ireland. Prior to that, she played a key role in developing Linde MH’s corporate strategy as Head of Business Development.
As Executive Vice President Sales & Service, her role is to align Linde Material Handling even more closely with future customer needs and changing market requirements, and to lead implementation in the EMEA region.

Our employees are extremely passionate about making the internal material flow of our many demanding customers even more efficient and successful,” emphasizes Ulrike Just, who is responsible for the Linde brand’s product portfolio, marketing and sales & service. “I want to make sure that we continue to live up to these values – through our products, software solutions and services, but also in close cooperation with our customers.” In addition, the area of customer-specific solutions will be expanded more strongly in order to be able to respond even more individually to the special requirements in many industries.

Ulrike Just studied business administration with an MBA from Harvard Business School and already had a successful international career when she joined Linde MH in Aschaffenburg in 2017. In various management positions at the investment company Bain Capital, Linde AG and the Boston Consulting Group, she has planned and successfully implemented projects with her teams in the UK, the USA, Russia and South Africa, among others.
