On 12 March, the shareholders’ meeting of SCM Group appointed the new Board of Directors with Giovanni Gemmani (Chairman), Marco Mancini (Managing Director), Andrea Aureli, Enrico Aureli, Valentina Aureli, Linda Gemmani, Martino Gemmani, Luca Franceschini and Filippo Corsini (Directors). The shareholders also renewed the appointment of Adriano Aureli as Honorary Chairman.

Marco Mancini, who has been with the Scm Group since 2015 and is currently General Manager, also assumes the role of Managing Director of the Scm Group as of today.

The Shareholders thank Alfredo Aureli for his successful work for the growth of the Group and for the fundamental values he has transmitted to all employees.

The associates also welcome the new board members who are now part of the Group: Martino Gemmani and Luca Franceschini, representing the fourth generation of the two families at the head of the Group, and Filippo Corsini.
