At the end of May, the Italian technology company Scm Group announced a turnover of 900 million euros for the 2024 financial year. A new Management Board was appointed at the same time.

The Scm Group’s shareholders’ meeting has made important personnel decisions and presented positive business figures. The new Management Board of the technology group was appointed for the term of office from 2025 to 2027. Enrico Aureli will serve as President in future, while Andrea Aureli and Giovanni Gemmani will take on the position of Vice Presidents. Marco Mancini will remain Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The Management Board is completed by Valentina Aureli, Luca Franceschini and Martino Gemmani. Adriano Aureli was appointed Honorary Chairman.

Despite a challenging market environment, the Group achieved a turnover of 900 million euros in the 2024 financial year. CEO Mancini emphasizes: “The macroeconomic environment was characterized by great complexity and uncertainty – both for our business divisions and for the manufacturing industry as a whole.”

Nevertheless, the Group continued to expand in the past financial year and made two strategically important acquisitions: One was Tecno Logica, a specialist in state-of-the-art, fully integrated and flexible technology solutions, and the other was Mecal Machinery, a leading supplier of machines for aluminum profile processing.
