Grace Chen, Managing Director at Leitz Tooling Systems (China) Inc. in Nanjing, PR China was appointed Chairwoman of the VDMA woodworking machinery working group at the 22nd meeting in Chnagzhou, PR China. In her new role she is additionally a member of the overall VDMA Advisory Board China. Besides Chen, 12 further representatives of VDMA companies with activities in China belong to the board. Its task is to support the VDMA representative offices in Beijing and Shanghai with a total of 15 employees.

“In these currently challenging times, the exchange within the local VDMA network of woodworking machinery and tool manufacturers in China is an important source of inspiration for each individual company. Together we want to expand our position on the Chinese market and learn from each other. I am very much looking forward to this task”, says Chen.
