Last day of the trade fair in Atlanta
Today is the last chance to experience innovations from machinery, hardware and materials manufacturers at the 2024 International Woodworking Fair in Atlanta. Genesis Products from Goshen, Indiana, for example, is advertising the most comprehensive range for a uniform surface look: “Years of development, careful planning and global exploration have made the newly designed “Surface Synergies Program” from Genesis what it is today, says the company. The background is that OEMs and dealers receive products from a single source. With the addition of Funder to the Genesis Products product range in 2023, the offering has grown once again. “Not only have we created perfectly coordinated and seamlessly merging components, but we have also simplified the process of matching multiple surfaces together, which is necessary for high-quality surfaces in cabinets and cabinet systems,” says Wayne Gordon, Director of Surfaces at Genesis.
Heinrich KUPER GmbH is also taking the opportunity to present itself to an international audience of specialists in Atlanta as a solution provider for the woodworking industry. For this strategic step, KUPER is utilizing its partnership with the US company Stiles Maschinery, the industry leader in North America. As a member of the HOMAG Group, the company is one of the leading suppliers of manufacturing solutions for the woodworking industry and represents the growing international network on the basis of which KUPER intends to successively drive forward its international growth. At the joint booth 4835 and 4853 in Hall B of the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta, KUPER will be presenting the “KUPER FLI” gluing machine, the combination of innovative technology, precision and maximum production quality that is central to all KUPER solutions, using veneer production as an example. With the option package “Basic Module Industry 4.0”, KUPER underlines its own progress in the field of digitalization and networked production. At the same time, it highlights the future-proof nature of the products with regard to the ever faster development of new, intelligent technologies that are increasingly shaping international competition.
If you want to take a look at the design of tomorrow before you leave the Georgia World Congress Center, we recommend the “Design Emphasis Student Furniture Competition” exhibition. As many as 18 institutions took part and invited students to submit their work.
