Sales increased by 15.5 percent
On June 16, 2023, Klaus Feile, major shareholder and member of the Management Board of Moralt AG, was able to present positive content for the 2022 financial year at the company’s Annual General Meeting. “Moralt has successfully managed 2022 despite major challenges,” he stressed.

The increase in equity and thus also the increase in the value of the Moralt share amounts to 12.4 percent. The equity ratio is 66 percent.
In the election of the Supervisory Board members, the previous incumbents, Harry Henningsen, Meinolf Hering and Albert Lipp, were confirmed by the Annual General Meeting for a further term of office. Since 2019, employees of Moralt AG have been able to purchase shares at a preferential price. Through the associated ownership, voting and asset rights, Holzwerkstoffspezialist is increasingly involving its workforce in the development of the company. Currently, Moralt is in the hands of a total of 15 shareholders, with CEO Klaus Feile still holding 80 percent of the shares. Until the end of July, additional share packages will now be offered to each eligible employee as part of the ongoing employee share ownership program.
