Heeger hands over to Neuffer

Roland Heeger has been a member of the Schattdecor Management Board since May 2005 and was responsible for technology, research and development, innovation and process management, information technology and digitalization.

In his role, he was instrumental in shaping the international growth of the company through the expansion and new construction of the Schattdecor locations. Technological milestones, such as the development and introduction of digital printing, have set new standards and benchmarks in the field of decor printing and design. After 18 years as Chief Technology Officer, Roland Heeger leaves behind a stable starting position for a successful and competitive future for the Schattdecor Group.

“In almost two decades at Schattdecor, Roland Heeger has transformed his department into a modern age with great dedication, sound expertise and the courage to innovate,” says CEO Roland Auer. “Many great beacons mark his career path. Heeger hands over his position as Chief Technology Officer to Claus Neuffer. Neuffer has been with Schattdecor since March 2000 and is currently Head of Technology. The handover also marks the expansion of the Technology board department to include the area of sustainability. Following the restructuring, the Information Technology division will become the responsibility of Dr. Derick Beitel, Chief Financial Officer.
