It is now official: on May 1, 2025, the new management of the GRASS Group took over responsibility. At the beginning of the year, the company had already appointed a team of experienced internal and external experts to manage the operational business on an interim basis as part of a change of managing director. The members of the new management team were part of this team of experts and have been actively working on the future direction of the company in recent months.

The new management team consists of four members. Ercan Bal, former Managing Director of
AT-GRASS, remains responsible for sales and marketing. Werner Elender, former COO of the GRASS Group, returned to the company in January 2025 and will assume responsibility for the technical areas. New to the GRASS Group is Richard Anrig, who has been a member of the expert group since January and will take over the commercial areas. He brings with him extensive experience as managing director of a production company in the Würth Group. The management team is completed by Thomas Stellberger, who as Managing Director of GRASS Germany is responsible for the production sites in Germany and the Czech Republic. Thomas Stellberger has been part of the GRASS Group since 2010, managed the Salzburg production site until August 2024 and most recently supported the plants in Austria and Germany as Executive Operations Coordinator.

With the new management, the GRASS Group is setting the course for a successful and sustainable future and is optimistic about the future, even in the challenging economic situation.
