Management change in the USA: Manoj Vengalil becomes CEO

Interprint USA announced two management changes today. This marks the beginning of a new chapter for the company.

Last year, Bill Hines Jr. asked to step down from his role as CEO of Interprint USA and take on an advisory role in the company. Effective April 1, 2025, Manoj Vengalil therefore succeeded Hines Jr. and was appointed CEO of Interprint USA by the Managing Director.

Vengalil joined the company in 2003 and quickly rose through the organization. Just two years later, he was appointed Finance Director. He has been a member of the company’s management team since 2009 and played a key role in implementing important projects. In 2023, he was appointed Managing Director. In his new role as CEO, Vengalil is now leading Interprint USA into its next phase of growth and innovation.

With his new advisory role beginning June 1, 2025, Hines Jr. will continue to support Interprint USA and the Interprint Group in its strategic direction as it relates to the North American décor market. “This next phase of my Interprint career will allow me to focus on strategic projects while spending more time with my family. I look forward to supporting Interprint and its customers in my new role,” says Hines. Jens Bauer, CEO of the Interprint Group, explains: “Bill has played a significant role in the successful development of Interprint over the last 28 years. We respect his decision and thank him for his exceptional commitment.”

To further strengthen the company’s leadership, Michael Marchand (Senior Vice President of Sales) and Jason Baumgart (Purchasing and Facilities Manager) have been promoted to the management team. Both have more than 25 years of experience at Interprint and will lead the company into the future together with Vengalil (22 years), Technical Manager David Murray (35 years) and Communications Director Peter Stasiowski (18 years).

“I am excited to assume the role of CEO at Interprint USA – a company with a long history and commitment to excellence in the North American decor printing market, which we have served for over 40 years,” said Vengalil. He added, “Going forward, I will focus on strengthening partnerships, adding value and driving innovation. Together with our dedicated team, we will continue to build on Interprint’s success as a leader in the décor printing industry.”
