Dazu wurde gestern ein Kaufvertrag geschlossen. Der Kaufpreis liegt im niedrigen einstelligen Millionenbereich. Mit dieser \u00dcbernahme st\u00e4rkt die Surteco Gruppe ihre britische Marktpr\u00e4senz im Profiles Gesch\u00e4ft.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201eMit der Akquisition k\u00f6nnen wir unser Wachstum mit technischen Profilen in Gro\u00dfbritannien ausbauen und unsere Profitabilit\u00e4t steigern. Diese Transaktion ist ein weiterer Schritt in der Umsetzung unserer strategischen Zielsetzungen\u201c, kommentiert Wolfgang Moyses, der Vorstandsvorsitzende der Surteco Group SE die Transaktion.<br><br>Die erworbenen Gesellschaften sind auf die Produktion und den Vertrieb von technischen Profilen aller Art auf Kunststoffbasis spezialisiert und erwirtschafteten zuletzt deutlich zweistellige Renditen. Eine besondere Expertise genie\u00dfen die Gesellschaften im britischen Geb\u00e4udemarkt, wodurch neben dem Ausbau des bestehenden Gesch\u00e4fts weiteres Wachstumspotenzial im Wohnungsbau
