Die Legro Group GmbH, die bisherige Hauptgesellschafterin der IMA Schelling Group, hat die Anteile an IMA Schelling, Mawera (Holzfeuerungsanlagen) und AAT (Biogasanlagen) aus der Gruppe abgespalten und in drei eigenst\u00e4ndige Unternehmen aufgeteilt. Wolfgang Rohner, Stefan Gritsch und G\u00fcnther Lehner sind \u2013 neben anderen Anteilseignern \u2013 weiterhin wesentliche Gesellschafter bei den drei Unternehmen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Familie Lehner \u00fcbernimmt Mehrheit der Anteile
<\/strong>Maximilian und G\u00fcnther Lehner erh\u00f6hen schrittweise ihre Beteiligung an der IMA Schelling Group auf 56,6 Prozent und \u00fcbernehmen somit die Mehrheit des international t\u00e4tigen Anlagenbauunternehmens. Bei Mawera und AAT werden zuk\u00fcnftig Wolfgang Rohner bzw. Stefan Gritsch als Mehrheitsgesellschafter agieren, womit nun eine zukunftsf\u00e4hige Nachfolgel\u00f6sung f\u00fcr alle drei Unternehmensgruppen gefunden wurde. Die Legro Group GmbH wird weiterentwickelt und sucht zus\u00e4tzliche Engagements im Bereich der Holz- und Werkstoffindustrie sowie nachhaltigen Energiel\u00f6sungen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bekenntnis zur langfristigen Erfolgsgeschichte<\/strong>
Die IMA Schelling Group setzt mit dieser Neustrukturierung ein klares Zeichen f\u00fcr Kontinuit\u00e4t und Stabilit\u00e4t. Zugleich profitiert sie weiterhin von der Branchenkenntnis und Fachkompetenz von Wolfgang Rohner, der zum Jahresende aus dem operativen Gesch\u00e4ft in den Aufsichtsrat wechseln wird, wie schon zuvor Stefan Gritsch. Die Umstrukturierung er\u00f6ffnet neue M\u00f6glichkeiten f\u00fcr Wachstum und Innovation, die von der IMA Schelling Group mit Enthusiasmus und Entschlossenheit verfolgt
