The shareholders also renewed the appointment of Adriano Aureli as Honorary Chairman.<\/p>\n<p>Marco Mancini, who has been with the Scm Group since 2015 and is currently General Manager, also assumes the role of Managing Director of the Scm Group as of today. <\/p>\n<p>The Shareholders thank Alfredo Aureli for his successful work for the growth of the Group and for the fundamental values he has transmitted to all employees.<\/p>\n<p>The associates also welcome the new board members who are now part of the Group: Martino Gemmani and Luca Franceschini, representing the fourth generation of the two families at the head of the Group, and Filippo
