Powder Coatings

Powder coatings are organic, usually thermosetting coating powders with a solids content of 100 %. Coating with powder coatings does not require any solvents. Processing methods such as extrusion and grinding are used to produce powder coatings.

In furniture production, the powder coating process is used for both metal and wooden furniture. Powder coating protects furniture from wear and tear by bonding the powder particles almost completely to the respective surfaces during the manufacturing process.
