Digital strukturierte Oberfläche

In furniture construction, the term ‘digitally textured surface’ refers to the use of digital technologies to design and process the surfaces of furniture. These processes allow precise and often complex textures, patterns or reliefs to be applied to materials such as wood, plastic or metal.
Compared to other texturing processes, no additional product such as release paper or a press plate is required. However, the system must have the appropriate technology to structure the surface. The structuring usually works by printing on lacquer.
