Technology & Design Conference

On June 4 and 5, 2026, the B2B industry network möbelfertigung, in cooperation with interzum forum italy, hosted Surface in Motion Italia in Bergamo for the second time. The congress was aimed at the wood-based materials industry, users, furniture manufacturers, interior designers, and suppliers. Attendees were able to experience industry experts discussing cutting-edge topics such as design, technologies, and trends. Surface in Motion was part of the Interzum Forum Italy and was attended free of charge by all visitors to the trade fair. The event was simultaneously translated into Italian and English, with Italian as the main language of the conference. Participants experienced high-caliber speakers and top-level networking opportunities.

In addition to the conference program, sponsors and speakers were invited to a networking dinner at a first-class restaurant in Bergamo on the evening of the first day of the conference.

Nino Speranza worked at Schattdecor from 2003 to 2021. He spent the first part of his time there in overseas sales, focusing on South America. The second part was as Export/Sales Manager for Central Europe.
In 2021, he founded the consulting and sales agency SP-CASA. He was Senior Sales Manager and sales representative for Splendecor and Pyrus Panels. Nino Speranza is a IHK-certified Industrial Clerk, Export Manager, Bachelor Professional (CCI) of Media Engineering and Operations and Master Professional (CCI) of Business Management.

Philipp Keisker holds a Master of Science in Sales Management. He began his training and studies at Felix Schoeller in 2010, where he started as Customer Service Manager Photo Imaging in 2013. He then switched to sales in 2016, where he worked as Area Sales Manager and Key Account Manager Technocell decor, among other things. Since 2021, Keisker has held deputy segment responsibility (sales, technology, colouristics) for Decor EMEA with a focus on solid colour management. Appointed Head of Innovation in 2026, Philipp Keisker leads strategic innovation and future-ready surface development.

Since 2014, Nadia is global design manager at the casting and release paper division of Sappi.

Cristian Giovannini ist Prozessanwendungsmanager bei Cefla Finishing, wo er seit über 22 Jahren tätig ist und langjährige Erfahrung im Bereich industrieller Veredelungstechnologien gesammelt hat.

He develops exhibition, branding and communication projects such as the one dedicated to FENIX® innovative materials for interiors design, an open system that creates value in the world of architecture and interior design. In September 2024, she joined Interprint Arnsberg as Head of Design South Europe, and in October 2025, she was promoted to International Director of Design.
Throughout her career, Sinem has focused on closely analyzing local demands and cultural nuances. This experience, combined with everything she has learned in her professional journey, has been invaluable in her current role, enabling her to create solutions that are globally coherent while still meaningful and relevant for each market. A graduate in Chemistry, he has been with Vinavil SpA—a leading Italian company in the field of polymer science—for 30 years, where he headed the Adhesives, Textiles, and Specialty Polymers Department. Since 2017, he has served as Head of Strategic Marketing for Adhesives and Specialty Polymers. He actively contributes to the development and standardization of adhesives for various applications within CEN Working Group 12 of TC 193/SC1, “Adhesives for Non-Load-Bearing Timber Structures,” and ISO TC61/SC11/WG5 “Polymeric Adhesives.” In addition, he coordinates the national technical group for standardization activities related to adhesives at UNI/Unichim and chairs the wood and furniture adhesives sector at Federchimica/AVISA.

Professional with more than twenty years of experience in the industrial and commercial sector, born in Verbania in 1978 and graduated in Mechanical Engineering in 2003. He began his professional career in June 2004 at Sesa SpA as a Technical & Sales Engineer in the sheet metal manufacturing industry.
Since 2019, he has been working at Hueck Rheinische GmbH as Area Sales Manager for Italy, Turkey, Asia, and Australia, gaining extensive international experience in business development and export market management. Although working for a German company, he still lives in Italy, in the beautiful setting of Lake Maggiore.
Among his personal interests, he has a strong passion for sports, particularly basketball, which he practices at a recreational level. In the past, he also served as a national-level basketball referee. He is also passionate about traveling: while frequent business trips are part of his professional life, he has always enjoyed exploring new countries, discovering different cultures, and building connections with people from around the world.
