Three new digital printing patents in the U.S. and China

I4F and Hymmen announce that the US Patent and Trademark Office has issued two new Hymmen US patents. The patents, which relate to applications “16/494,308” and “16/494,309,” cover digital embossing technologies that enable improved structural optics on plates. At the same time, Hymmen also received a patent grant from China, patent number “ZL 201880011317.1,” covering a process for producing a textured surface. Licenses for the patents now granted in the U.S. and China are available exclusively through I4F and provide secure protection for operating the Bielefeld-based company’s state-of-the-art digital printing equipment to produce all types of plate material.
