Social plan for Aschaffenburg is signed – some of the plants will go to Spain and Poland
In a press release Impress informed about the organizational changes in Germany. The company stated: “As announced a few weeks ago, the Impress organization in Germany will be adapted and realigned. A social plan and reconciliation of interests with the workforce has been signed and the changes will be implemented by the end of the year. Laboratory facilities and other equipment as well as various tasks will be relocated to the sites in Spain and Poland.
The decor management will remain under the group-wide responsibility of Sascha Kostros at the Aschaffenburg site.
The laboratory printing of decor paper will be bundled in Spain. For this purpose, two laboratory facilities will be relocated from Germany to Spain.
The Finish Foil Competence Center in Poland will continue to be expanded centrally, and will therefore be extended by a laboratory plant and a pilot plant”.
