Dematic has introduced an online tool for automation solutions. The “Dematic Conveyor Confikit” streamlines the processes involved in preparing quotations for conveyor systems. Using the app, these can now be individually configured directly at the customer’s site from a kit of standardised modules. As a result, the intralogistics specialist can realise offers up to four weeks faster in the future. The new application is particularly interesting for smaller projects and interim solutions for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Dematic developed the digital tool in collaboration with the Kion Digital division and its two sister companies Still and Linde Material Handling, which are also part of the Kion Group.
