From 15 to 19 March, the Hard Material Solutions Division of the Ceratizit Group is organising the online seminar week “eCarbide”. The series of events covers a wide range of topics – from basic knowledge to extensive specialist knowledge on the subject of carbide – and aims to give participants the decisive competitive edge.

Tungsten carbide is regarded as an unsurpassed material in the fields of tool manufacture, forming technology and many other industries. In their online seminar series, the experts from Hard Material Solutions of the Ceratizit Group share their extensive knowledge and provide participants with the decisive competitive edge to survive in today’s market. The seminars are specifically designed to provide participants with first-hand knowledge and insider insights into applications, the latest industry developments and the benefits of hard metal compared to other hard materials.

In addition to the wealth of market-relevant information, the Q&A rounds after each seminar offer the opportunity to get to the bottom of the topics in even greater detail. The free online seminar series will take place from 15 to 19 March 2021 on a remote platform that offers participants a comfortable as well as secure environment.

All seminars will be held in English. Seminars can be booked individually, but the greatest possible benefit from the eCarbide series is of course gained by attending all the associated courses. If someone is unable to attend the seminar, the recording of the sessions can be requested at any time afterwards.

The seminars are held using a web-based online platform and therefore do not require any software to be installed on the computer. Participation is simply possible via the browser.
