Salice has appointed Dr. Piero Gamma as Managing Director of its German subsidiary Deutsche Arturo Salice GmbH. As part of the planned reorganization and strengthening of activities in Germany and Europe, the Italian manager will take charge of all Group operations in Germany.

Dr. Gamma has already assumed responsibility for the German sites in Neckarwestheim and Löhne with all functions and powers of attorney from the previous Managing Director Dr. Massimo Salice since October 1, 2020.

In his new position within the Group, Dr. Gamma is to strategically expand the company’s growing business and lead it to sustainable success. The focus of his work will be on establishing and expanding the corporate structures and the sales network. In this context, Deutsche Salice is to develop into the most important hub for the European export business of the Italian manufacturer of high-quality furniture fittings from Novedrate near Como (Lombardy) and expand its positioning as the preferred technology partner for the furniture industry. Dr. Gamma will perform his duties directly from Neckarwestheim.

After holding sales and management positions in German and international market leaders in the interior design, luxury living and real estate construction industries, Dr. Gamma successfully coordinated the acquisition of companies on an international level. Subsequently, his responsibilities included the strategic expansion and establishment of foreign subsidiaries, the development of corporate structures and processes, and the development of dynamic and successful teams. 

In addition to expertise and experience, Dr. Gamma, who hails from the Emilia-Romagna region of northern Italy, brings with him a distinct multicultural competence. He has excellent language skills in five languages and many years of international experience.
