Maximilian Lehner replaces Stefan Gritsch as CFO
Ima Schelling arranges the succession in the management and thus ensures a stable continuation of the owner-managed company: Stefan Gritsch will work in the holding company Legro Group GmbH in the future, Maximilian Lehner will take over his responsibilities as CFO.
Stefan Gritsch was operationally active in the company as managing partner for 21 years and will in future concentrate on strategic tasks in the holding company. Thus, from 2022, he will be responsible for the investment management of the Vorarlberg-based Legro Group GmbH. As the top management holding company, it holds significant stakes in various international industrial companies, including Ima Schelling Group GmbH. In the future, Gritsch’s task will be the acquisition and sale of further shareholdings as well as the strategic management of the subsidiaries. “I couldn’t ask for a better successor than Maximilian Lehner and I am sure that he will continue to lead the company towards the future with focus and commitment,” confirms outgoing CFO Stefan Gritsch.
Maximilian Lehner joined the company in 2015 after studying in London and initially worked at Schelling in the finance department, then later supported the then Ima Managing Director Bernhard Berger as an assistant in Lübbecke, Germany, and headed the organizational development department. In 2018, Lehner moved into sales, serving as global sales director for the entire group since 2019. “I am looking forward to the new tasks as CFO and wish Stefan Gritsch, who will remain with us as a strong partner in the holding company, all the best,” says Maximilian Lehner
