Invites you to a virtual tour through the laboratories on December 10

On-site appointments have become a “scarce commodity” in times of the Corona pandemic. The Italian examination specialists at Catas have made a virtue out of necessity – and invite you on December 10 to a virtual discovery tour through the laboratories in Giovanni al Natisone (Udine, Italy) and Lissone (Monza Brianza, Italy). So that interested parties from the woodworking industry will still have the opportunity to experience the equipment of the workplaces and of course test chambers and, above all, to get in contact with technicians and employees at Catas, at least via the Internet, to ask live questions and chat.

“We are used to receiving visitors in our laboratories on a regular basis”, explains Managing Director Dr. Andrea Giavon. “Company employees and other groups come to Catas from all over the world, as do customers and business partners. And normally, everyone can get information about our range of services directly at our premises. For quite some time – hopefully not too much longer – this will not be possible. That is why we have started to think about opening the doors of Catas ‘online’, with pictures and dialogues in English. And at the same time underline how well equipped we are. The title of the event, ‘Testing the experience’, was also a conscious choice: It obliges us to communicate the latest state of the art in terms of standards, certifications, test methods for the many areas in which we are active.

The event starts at 10 am CEST. Franco Bulian, Deputy Director of the Testing Institute, will guide all online visitors through the event. To participate free of charge, registration is required at the following link: https://catas.com/it-IT/news/catas-testing-the-experience
