Has parted ways with Xiaoming Bai

SieMatic is restructuring its management and transferring more responsibility for sales and marketing to long-standing managers with extensive company and industry experience with immediate effect. The two managing directors Michael Kersting and Axel Maek continue to manage the group of companies. Qian Guo, who has been with the company since June 2021, becomes a member of the Executive Board and is appointed Chief People Officer (CPO). SieMatic is parting ways with Xiaoming Bai, Head of Global Sales and Marketing on the Management Board (CMO) since October 2022. The long-standing SieMatic managers Frank Höschele, Sales Director D/A/CH, Volker Betsch, Export Director and Roy Oldfield, Export Director, as well as Christian Hansen, Global Head of Marketing and Digital Business, will report directly to the two managing directors from now on. Together with the entire management team and employees in Germany and abroad, they actively shape the present and future of SieMatic in order to drive forward the Group’s growth strategy and transformation process.
