Georg Konrad Nolte is Chairman of the Supervisory Board
Wilhelm von Haller is leaving the Supervisory Board of Nolte Holding. Born in Munich, he had taken over as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the then Nolte SE in March 2016. Von Haller, who celebrated his 70th birthday yesterday, will, however, remain a member of the advisory boards of the group companies. His successor is the previous long-time deputy Georg Konrad Nolte (51). The Supervisory Board of the holding company Nolte GmbH & Co. KGaA will in future also include Georg Nolte, who as principal shareholder and longstanding CEO of the company held the chair until 2016. The controlling and advisory body thus consists of Georg Nolte as well as his children Georg Konrad Nolte (Chairman) and Maren Schmitt-Nolte (Deputy Chairman). “Wilhelm von Haller’s entrepreneurial experience, his integrative management style and his impetus have made a major contribution to the successful development of our group of companies in recent years. On behalf of my family, the management teams and all employees of our Group, I would like to thank him for his great commitment and look forward to continuing to work with him on our advisory boards,” says Georg Konrad Nolte.
