Expands activities in Latin America

Domus Line and its historic Mexican premium partner, Chapas y Maderas Importadas S.A. (CYMISA), have recently consolidated their strategic collaboration through the creation of Domus Line Internacional. This NewCo now brings together the two important companies to explore and expand the market for light sources for the furniture industry in the LATAM region.

“With Domus Line Internacional, we want to offer the best lighting design for furnishings throughout Latin America. The collaboration with Domus Line, leader in this sector, is strategic and aims to increase our market presence and generate interest in products that combine design and innovation,” said Carlos Cook, CEO of the new company.

The headquarters is strategically located in Toluca /Mexico and includes operational, technical-commercial, logistic departments and soon a production area for the customization of linear luminaires to offer customers a “millimeter” service. This production center will ensure flexibility and shorter delivery times to all markets within its jurisdiction.

The consolidated presence in more than ten countries in the region is the basis for expanding operations throughout Latin America and increasing market share thanks to Domus Line Internacional, the first and only manufacturer of light sources for furniture manufacturers in Central and South America.

Domus Line Internacional is a component of the company’s international expansion strategy, which aims to achieve growth through partnerships with new production facilities and commercial sectors. “Domus Line continues the process of expanding its operational presence in the most strategic areas at a global level.
