Booth application starts on September 13

One of Asia’s cutting-edge woodworking machinery trade shows, “Wood Taiwan”, will start to accept its booth application next week on September 13, 2022.

“Wood Taiwan”, short for Taiwan International Woodworking Machinery Show, scheduled to kick off at Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center Hall 1, April 20, 2023, is an iconic event for the woodworking machinery industry. It typically attracts exhibitors from every facet of the industry, namely woodworking machinery makers, timber, hand tools, DIYs and furniture hardware, etc, who come to showcase their latest in woodworking solutions.  

“It’s going to complement the industry’s goals of increasing businesses, supporting our industry professionals, initiating green projects, and making sure that ,Wood Taiwan’ continues to be a leader in Asia when it comes to woodworking machinery around the world,” show organizer Taiwan External Trade Development Council (Taitra) said.

A number of physical shows of woodworking machinery have been carried out as scheduled this year. Among them, a recently concluded one in the U.S. was such a rave that many not only have experienced the surging market for automation and smart manufacturing after the pandemic but have noticed how the Internet of Things has been ushered in monitoring, forecasting, and diagnosis.

In line with the trend of sustainability, “Envision a Greener Future” is themed for the next year. Taitra will launch a Sustainability Advocate initiative to encourage exhibitors to share how their solutions can contribute to the sustainability of the earth, embody the spirit of “Wood Taiwan” 2023. All manufacturers who take part in the initiative can get “Wood Taiwan’s” free promotional resources and a Sustainability Advocate Badge.
