2,175 exhibitors attract more than 262,000 visitors

“We have achieved and exceeded the goals we had set ourselves.” With great satisfaction, fair director Maria Porro sums up the 60th edition of the “Salone del Mobile”, which ended yesterday. “We hope that this edition has given a new impetus to the industry, to the city of Milan and especially to all the participants, perceiving our enthusiasm to offer a global experience where what matters is the exchange of ideas and culture.”

In total, the “Salone” welcomed 2,175 exhibitors (27% international) and 262,600 visitors from 173 countries. Sixty-one percent came from abroad. As expected, Chinese and Russian prospects were almost completely absent. In 2019, there were still 42,000 guests from these two countries.

The next “Salone” will take place from April 18 to 23, 2023.
